Stunning Embellishment Fluid Art by Olga Soby

Infinite Passion Acrylic Pouring With NEW Gold Embellishment

Welcome to the new Infinite Passion Acrylic Pouring with new gold embellishment abstract art tutorial!

Some paintings feel like a spark. Others feel like a symbol of meaning, energy, and intention.

This one? It was both.

In this acrylic pouring tutorial, I wanted to create a painting that’s not just visually powerful, but symbolically rich. The inspiration behind this artwork is the idea of Unity, expressed through a double infinity symbol. I used fluid acrylic techniques to build the base with passionate colors, and then layered in gold embellishment to bring the design to life.

Follow the entire process step-by-step — from pouring and blowing out the paint to adding the elegant gold embellishment for a bold final effect.

The Passionate Color Story

The foundation of this fluid acrylic painting is built on a range of my favorite colors:

  • Red-violet for its richness and bold energy
  • Carmine red for vibrant, eye-catching accents
  • A custom mix of red-violet, yellow, and gray for subtle, earthy depth
  • A deep blue tone to ground the base and add dramatic contrast

These tones flowed together beautifully during the blowout technique, creating dynamic movement and layering. While this pour wasn’t a traditional Dutch pour, I used similar methods — blowing the paint to form elegant shapes and naturally revealing cell clusters and soft transitions.

Acrylic Pouring Recipe Used

As always, I mixed all of my paints using my signature Soby Recipe, the exact formula I teach inside Fluid Art Mastery. This water-based method uses a small amount of artist-grade mediums to improve flow and drying performance, while producing clean cells and lacing — all without the need for Floetrol, PVA, or silicone. It’s the foundation of every pour I create.

For this acrylic pouring, I created a golden ring as a 3D embellishment with a bit of texture, making it really pop. This is definitely the brightest element of this acrylic painting. And then I decided to add golden elements throughout the flow to really enhance certain details and lines in the flow with a touch of gold.

I hope you enjoyed this acrylic painting tutorial, and I look forward to hearing from you!
